Adrian Ross

Adrian Ross (born February 19, 1975 in Santa Clara, California) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League. He was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 1998. He played college football at Colorado State. View Guest page

Keith Lewis

Keith Lewis was born and raised in Sacramento, California and has seen it all, from gangs, to successful people making it out the hood.

Keith graduated from Valley High School, then went on to earn a scholarship from the University of Oregon. He played football for the Ducks for four years earning All Pac 10 second team honors his sophmore and junior season. Then he went on to make First team All Pac 10 his senior year as a Safety and as a Special Teams player.

Keith’s journey after college continued as he was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the 6th round in 2004. His first year with the Niners he was named to the USA Today's All Joe Team, an award that goes to players that should have made the pro bowl that year. He played with San Francisco for six great seasons, and was voted Team Captain by the team two years in a row. Keith then went on to play for the Arizona Cardinals, and finally the Carolina Panthers in 2009.

Keith and his family have experienced both bad times and good times. His parents raised three sons and are still happily married, which is not common these days.
