I have worked to support, guide, and advise people my whole adult life. With 25 years of experience in the business world in the field of Human Resources, I have helped people to achieve greater clarity in their careers. Now, in my ten years in the holistic healing world as a spiritual life coach and alternative healer, I have helped hundreds of people to release old beliefs and patterns of behavior that have kept them blocked from creating the lives that they deserve and desire. I have been on my own path of personal and spiritual growth for 20 years, which includes a wide variety of studies in metaphysics and meditation. These vast experiences make me an expert in personal and spiritual growth.

My strengths, which have served me well in both the corporate world and the holistic healing world, are being present and listening fully to my clients. I am able to create a safe, non-judgmental space, which allows for open, sincere dialogue. These traits will serve me equally as well as your Host.

I will also share my personal stories of fear, hardship and loss so that you can connect to me in a personal way; that is my gift. I have felt and have experienced what people just like you feel.
